It will include rent collected every month, account for occasional vacancies, routine expenses, such as taxes and insurance, as well as other annual expenses.
- We will also examine various investment performance measures such as Gross Rent Multiplier, Capitalization Rate, Cash on Cash, Internal Rate of Return, and Net Present Value and how they relate to each other.
Transaction Coordination
