Michael Sweeney
About
Michael J. Sweeney has 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate, including thousands of lease negotiations, tenant relocation/renewals, and implementation of “C-level” multi-state strategic real estate planning.
Mike has successfully represented his clients’ interests, with a primary focus within Greater Philadelphia market (Bucks Co., Chester Co., Delaware Co., & Montgomery Co.), for several millions of square feet of office, high-finish flex, warehouse distribution, life science, and land transactions during his previous tenures.
Experience
Over his career Michael has worked for Avison Young, Workspace Property Trust, and Liberty Property Trust to name a few. He has been named a Costar Power Broker for Philadelphia Office Leasing.
He is graduate of Villanova University, and volunteers with Merwood Park Civic Association, Habitat for Humanity, and actively assistant coaches with multiple teams (baseball & football) in Havertown, PA.
